I just deleted all my SFxT data and did not download the packs. I only have 2 colors in character customization for and no alternate costumes for the new characters. You have no idea wth your talking about. Swap costumes are the characters switching game outfits. Tekken characters are wearing what SF characters wear and vise verse. These EBOOTS unlock all 12 DLC characters on the latest patch available for Street Fighter x Tekken (ver.2013) since the old method which used to modified 'const.lua' no longer work. PS: The EBOOTS were resigned with 3.41 keys and tested only on REBUG 4.21.2 (CEX Mode) but should work on all available CFW. This pack features the swap costumes for the Street Fighter and Tekken DLC characters. The costumes for the 12 DLC characters are included in this pack. Characters Included: Sakura, Blanka, Guy, Cody, Elena, Dudley, Lars, Alisa, JACK-X, Bryan, Christie, Lei Note: Please be careful not to purchase the same costume twice. How to Unlock All Characters in Street Fighter X Tekken
Hey Guys, I created this blog for a quick tutorial on How to Unlock All Characters in Street Fighter X Tekken.
Follow the Instructions:
1. Download the patch v1.8(Latest) (You don't need any of the older patches as the newest contains everything the old ones did as well)Official Download
Unrar the .cab file and then run setup.exe and the patch will be installed for you.
or you can grab it via torrent Here
With the torrent version you only need to run setup.exe as the cab file has already been unrared for you.
2. Download and install the const.lua file.
Const.lua
Extract and place it in the '/Program Files/Capcom/Street Fighter X Tekken/patch/CMN/boot/game' directory replacing the one already there.
3. Download the costume files ready for e107's unlocker(Optional)

HerePlace the 'resource' folder from both of these rars into your install directory located at 'Program Files/Capcom/'Street Fighter X Tekken'
